Our owner, Dan Jardine, a true trailblazer, began crafting Texas recipes in 1979. He started in his kitchen, making salsas and chili fixings for friends. His passion led him to cook-offs, local tastings, and chuckwagon events. The popularity of his recipes grew, prompting many to request them as gifts. Before long, Dan was delivering his creations directly from his truck to local retailers, and today, his products are available through numerous distributors and retailers nationwide—truly a testament to small business success.
Today, Dan is focused on exploring new opportunities for the third-generation family business alongside his children and grandchildren. This includes maintaining a successful brand positioning strategy while launching new independent brands, all while preserving the same passion for specialty foods that has always driven us.
